Our non-thermal steel windows and doors are ideal for projects where thermal resistance is not a major design consideration, including exterior architecture in milder climates and interior features that create visual space. The superior strength of steel allows for narrower sightlines and greater depths for glass panels, whether it is for a glass corridor, a wine room or a shower enclosure.

Citadel’s non-thermal steel-frame systems can also be used to create large glass dividers that slide on invisible or styled barn-door tracks. Our slim sightlines and available true divided lights (TDLs) can also recreate the look of vintage factory-style windows for industrial interior designs or historic reclamations.

CWD 40NT Details

NT10 or NT20

Perfect for office partitions, hallway corridors and large-room dividers with the look of historic metal factory windows, the Citadel NT10 and NT20 lines have ultra-slim, compact sightlines from 7/8″ to 1-3/4″ and optional >1″ TDLs. These solid hot-rolled steel profiles are offered with aluminum glass stops or putty-glazed single-pane glass.

NT60

Citadel NT60 steel-frame systems are designed for fixed windows or swing doors. These cold-rolled, hollow profiles are available in black, galvanized and stainless steel with a depth of 2-3/8″ to accommodate double- or triple-pane low-E energy glass. Also part of our Rapid Ship series, the NT60 line is provided with aluminum or steel glass stops.

NT50

Fabricated for fixed windows or French doors, our NT50 line features hollow, cold-rolled profiles in black or galvanized steel, numerous profile shapes and sizes, and a depth of 2″. Narrow sightlines start at 1-3/16″ and glass stops are offered in aluminum or steel with single- or double-pane Low-E energy glass up to 1″ thick. The NT50 line is part of our Rapid Ship system series.

NT65

Our NT65 cold-rolled, tubular profiles are made from 2mm dual-coat galvanized steel with depths up to 2-7/8″ for superior strength with high-performance double- or triple-pane Low-E energy glass. Numerous glass stop options are offered in aluminum or galvanized steel.
